What are your BIG DREAMS for 2023? Here are some BIG DREAMS from SPURS of 2022: The Wool Mine - I’ve achieved mine. Being able to support ourselves by creating Mary’s Jikoni - “I can do anything I believe in! "The sky is the limit" Carol’s Dream Cheesecakes -To keep healthy enough to keep this as my hobby in life. My dreams have been met already, I’m working for myself, and I’m making people happy. Essential Emu - My ‘big dream’ is to inspire my children. Their curiosity, understanding, and use of herbs and plants for the health of their bodies and minds. My desire is to keep expanding my knowledge of making natural body products that have healing and moisturizing benefits. I want to increase my use of local and naturally grown herbs. It is my hope that people will be blessed by the products that are created under Essential Emu. Henna Tattoo - My big dream is to launch my own store where people can get henna tattoos, waxing or threading done. Sara-Mae Dafoe music - I would love to perform with an orchestra one day! MOB Honey - I have spent over 10 years planning and saving for a rural property. This year I achieved the dream and bought my first property on a 7-acre plot near Bassano. I am living the big dream! Brooks Farmers’ Market Manager - I was asked by more than one vendor if I will be back next year as the market manager. YES! I am only one year into my 5-year plan! My big dream, as you may have heard, is to grow the Brooks Farmers’ Market into the B.E.S.T. little Farmers’ Market in Southern AB. What does that look like? An 80-100 vendor destination market. It took St. Albert 30 years to grow from 40 vendors to 250. So the plan will take patience, more than a little work, and a team! Does anyone want to help make a BIG dream come true 😁? email
