Questions Worth Asking – Both City Council and the County of Newell are on their summer schedules, so there isn't a Council highlight to report this week. That's an opportunity for you to ask the questions our highlights raise but don't always answer. If you've caught yourself saying "I don't understand why they didn't just . . ." about something the City or County has done, you're not the only one. Those comments show up often in a Facebook thread, where you'll find plenty of other frustrated people, but not necessarily the facts that would answer it. People like us do something else with it: reply to this email with your question, and LarkSPUR NEWS will track down the answer and print it in a future issue.
