What keeps you going on difficult days? My customers and my staff. Customers become friends and staff become family. The majority of our customers are happy when they come in and happier when they leave. That feels good.

What Knowledge have you developed that makes you an expert? I am hardly an expert. But I’m not afraid to try things and learn along the way. There have been hits and misses but I’m still moving forward every day.

What advice do you have? Be kind, authentic and giving. It comes back! Don’t be afraid to take the risk-it might lead you to bigger and better things than if you hadn’t. Be open to learning.

WHAT IS YOUR BIG DREAM?! My big dream 15 years ago was to build a business I’ve done this and it continues to be a great ride. My next dream is to slow things down a bit, spend more time with family and friends, and travel.
